Returning a product

Customers have the right to return the purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product has not been used and the original packaging and all accessories are preserved.

To request a return, the customer must contact our customer support service. After receiving the returned product, it will be inspected, and if it meets the return conditions, the return will be processed.

Refunds

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.

Returns will not be accepted if the product was damaged by the customer, the original packaging is missing, or accessories are missing.

Cancelling an order

Before Confirmation The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before it is confirmed by the store operator.

After Confirmation After confirmation, the order can only be canceled before it is handed over to the delivery service. The customer must contact the store.

During Delivery If the order has already been dispatched, the customer may refuse it upon delivery. In this case, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds If a prepaid order is canceled, the refund will be processed within 3–10 business days using the original payment method.

Limitations Orders made on credit/installment or under special conditions may not be eligible for cancellation after confirmation.

Warranty

Warranty terms depend on the product and are set by the manufacturer and the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Please ask a manager for the warranty period and conditions of a specific product when you buy it.
